.I used Networks2000 for my server warranty extensions and was very disappointed in the service. The first time I contacted them they told me that they could not do anything because they were out of stock on a particular piece of software. The second time I spoke to someone who said that the same person who called me before had left and there was no record of their conversation. After speaking to another person who said that the same person who talked to me before had been transferred I realized that this company is just terrible at customer service. never again will I use them
