I could not believe how terrible the customer service was at netx.net. I had to call and ask for 4 different people before getting a response from someone who could actually help me. The system I ordered was completely broken so I had to go back and get it replaced. When I got it back the new one didnt work either. Finally after going through all of this trouble they charged me an outrageous amount of money for something that wasnt even worth the hassle. Do not buy anything from netx.net

Im not sure what the company netx.net is in the business of but this netbargain stuff is kinda priced outta my budget. I have had some problems with their customer service and to highorize the value of my account 2 times now. I hope they will take care of these issues and make it right.Company NetX doesnt seem like its worth the money on its 10 a month plan Its easy to sign up for free but your account has no real power until you pay for it 10 dollars a month is barely enough to keep your computer safe and healthy and even then youre in for a while. The good There are plenty of other online tools that can help you work on paper much faster And if youre already comfortable working with our platform there are plenty of challenges that come with experience more than 25 years in the business. I am not happy with NetX. I have had two problems with it in the past 2 months. One was caused by them forgetting to take advantage of a certain service for their customers and now they are paying for it. There is no customer service or support available at all on this companys website. I would not recommend you use NetX.
