Do not use this company if you need help with anything at all. I was given a job offer and then was told my account would be frozen if I didnt complete the work within a certain amount of time. After hours of trying to get in touch with them I had no luck. Then after days of trying they finally said they couldnt do anything because my account was already frozen. Do not bother using neurilink.com

I would not recommend neurilink.com to anyone. This company is in the business of Neurilink which is a scam. The website looks like it was created by someone who doesnt know what theyre doing when they create a website and the customer service is terrible. They did not respond to my emails or phone calls for months after I made an inquiry about my product. Finally after much persistence and some online research I found another supplier that was more reputable and got a better deal on my product. Do not bother using this company unless you want your money back and your computer ruined.

I just had a surgery here and it was the worst experience ever. The staff were terrible and the patients were also terrible. I didnt have a single day of peace until after the surgery. I was exhausted all the time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am very disappointed with neurilink.com. Our job has been defense against cancer for over 20 years and we have never had this need for a product like we needed for neurilink. We were using Asics until they stopped making them then I found out that they only offer this one type of 30 day free trial so I could be sure that there was no imbalance in the product line. But he next time I tried it I couldnt find it--it was gone from the site. Thank you for nothing I gave up and went to another company.
