This company is terrible. I called them to get help with my computer and they said it would cost me 600 to fix it. When I asked what the problem was they said that the computer had been damaged and needed a new one. They didnt even know how to fix it They were very unhelpful and did not seem to have any idea about computers or technology. Save your money and go somewhere else

I was a little user of this company for years. Then I stopped using them and now Im back to square one. This company is terrible Their customer service is horrible and their services are expensive. Newaves solutions is even worse.I started using this company many years ago and by doing so Ive learned what an awful job they are always put into by the media and other people who should know better but dont because theyre not related to me in any way.The only thing newaves solutions does well is keep me organized they offer great tools at a great price. They also have amazing customer service that is personable and always helps if you need help or something.I would never recommend this company to anyone else.
