with AII just unboxed my newContinuumN board and put it together. The customer service was super responsive to my emails - they sent me an email with all the goodies which I didnt even know was available yet. The first day I had some issues with the software itself but they took care of it. They also have a great community that can help you out every now and then. So far Ive been very happy with the product and the company

Im not sure what the problem is but its being discussed as a whole a lot. They supposedly have the worst customer service Ive ever known. And not good enough product or services. Appears to be part of their marketing ploys to make people feel bad about themselves.
