DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS THE WAY THAT THEY CLAIM TO BE TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS. MY INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED WITH NO ISSUE BUT AFTER TWO WEEKS I RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM NEW FRONTIERtech THAT MY CONTRACT HAS EXPIRED AND I MUST PAY THEM 100 FOR THE SERVICES IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD INTERNET SERVICE DONT USE NEW FRONTIERtech.

They are a front for companies like Google and Microsoft. Their technology products are just like those companies - terrible overall but especially when it comes to online security and privacy.2. I have had negative experiences with this company multiple times. First they did not deliver on any of the promises they made. Second their customer service was bad. Third the quality of their products is not up to par. Finally New Frontier Technologies is a waste of time and money.

I just returned from New Frontier Technologies and am very disappointed. The customer service was cold and dodging questions. The technologist that I worked with was even more frustrating. He said my computer needed a new card and never received a word from him about it. I had to track down the technologist who actually did do the work - he said he left town for other reasons. Soantine Technology is also terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.
