I have had two failures with newgennow.com and the service has been absolutely terrible. I have used it for the past two years and it has never been better. The customer service is horrible. They are always quick to ignore you and just do their own thing. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience with NewGen Business Solutions. The netSuite I used was not working properly and I needed to do some research to find a fix. After doing so I found that all of my access to the business resources had been completely lost. I haveformerly been a NetSuite Partner and am extremely pleased with the product and the services it provides. However I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I have had several problems with NewGen and NetSuite. I have had issues with their customer service for once then witherthree now indefinitely. I have also had ERP work again and be updated on my stuff but not always be correct etc. If its not working right when I get it from them they wont do anything about it because theyre just a little bit more important than your real life arguements and things that need to happen like that. Overall Newgen is kind of a terrible company in every way possible and NSS is much better.
