I have had great experiences with New Media Agency but unfortunately I had a terrible experience with their customer service. The customer service was terrible and they did not listen to me or the rest of the customer. I even got a call from the customer service lady after I got a bad review on Yelp. She was nice and told me that she would check my review and that she liked my article. But then when she looked into it she found that I had written a negative review about her company on Twitter Then she said that she would send me a business card and an email to let me know that she works for New Media Agency and is responsible for my experience. So now I am just going without phone number or email address because I dont know who to talk to. New Media Agency your customer service is terrible.Im not sure what you are doing wrong so I wont fault you for trying to fix something which is already broken. You could at least try

New Media Agency is terrible. They are a part of a company that and their clients are always happy but I was very unhappy with the service I received. The phone call to ask for my email was so slow I couldnt even wait to receive it. The email was McFarlanes - an online author who doesnt have any physical presence and whose popularity depends on high-quality content thats going to be interesting to readers. And the process of receiving an email is soSlow and Gvanceineering because his message wasnt even relevant to me. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
