I have had two issues with this company in the past where I have been fighting with them for a return. The first time it was an error with my bank and the second time was a natural gas leak. I am not going to autobiographical detail how many times I have tried to fight with them because they cannot seem to get their act together. NewQuest-It is much better Has everything we need by far the best service I have ever receivedI would highly recommend NewQuest-It to anyone looking for a good reliablemanageance and support services. They offer everything we need - including all the features we require like failover snapshotting and resilient deploymentoptions. Were even now able to use our own software while in standby mode so that our organization can remain organized and running on name instead of having to use multiple programs every time we want to do something different.

I have just returned from my first day of work with NewQuest-it.com and a very bad experience.I started my first day of work with NewQuest-it.com today and began to do business as soon as I was hired.The customer service representative that I spoke to wasaula went out of her way to make me feel like a client rather than a customer service representative.I am currently on my second day of work and still have not received my account number or account details I have called their Customer Service team multiple times now and they are very slow in getting back to you The whole process took almost two weeks ago

I have had two issues with this company and I can say that I have never received such terrible service from any other company. The first issue was that I was sent an email to go through a form in order to establish my credit score. I was told it would take time and that I should keep happening because there would be a response from my account in only a few hours. Well it took for ever The second issue was even worse. One of my users had their account taken away for no reason- not happy nor informative customer service at all. Overall I have had very bad experiences with this company and will not be using them again.
