"Ive Been Using NexB For About 4 Months Now"
nexB Inc, Review Specifics:
Ive been using nexB for about 4 months now and I have to say that its been a difficult process. First the customer service is terrible. They are always ready to make a new problem and start again with someone who has already explained what was wrong. Second the software is constantly changing and evolving which can be really frustrating because you may think new features when all of a sudden everything changes back-to-ynasty Again customer service should maximal take care of issues like this so they dont become chronic ones. Finally there are times where I feel like Im being treated like an individual through nexB - rather than an investor in the company - which can be annoying.This user reviews NexbBez as one case of business waste but says that the software is often outdated or changed without good reason. They also complain about how processes need not only changebut also manage life experiences different users had along the way
