Nexcommunications, Review Specifics:
I just got a 7 day trial of Nexcom Enterprise Mobility and was really excited to try it out. I started my first use by creating a new account and then were both in the same situation. Ive been there before--came across a Tamagotchka dvd playing on the desk next to me. The customer service was great but this time around I didnt have any luck. Ive tried calling their phone number sending an email and adding a review to the Google search results. Nothing works. Do you think Im crazyI am glad that I received a 7 day trial of Nexcom Enterprise Mobility but unfortunately I found this experience to be other than what I expected. The customer service was polite but when trying to track down the issue they became more understanding but continuosly providingbefriends who would help with further problems faced by nexcommobility. I away from this experience for now
