"I Used This Company For The Past"

I used this company for the past two years and I have to say that it was a complete fiasco. The first year they didnt even bother to send me an invoice the second year they did not EVEN contact me about my service order and the third year they lied and said that my credit card had been charged. They also tried to get me to cancel my service because they said it would cost them a lot of money. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.Im not happy with my experience working with Nexigen. The customer service was good but I wasnt always getting through to the support team. Ive had to send multiple emails and call them during night hours to try and get someone to help me on the phone. I also found it difficult to get through to the support team when they were usually busy. Overall I wasnt impressed with the support process and found it difficult to get through to the support team.

.I have had several issues with nexigen and their customer service. For years they have been able to handle my email for me but now its different. They cant seem to remember my last name and will not let me change it without asking. Ive also had problems with their data center and they are supposed to be good people but they just dont seem to be very good at all. Overall Im not impressed with nexigen anymore and I would certainly not recommend them.
