I just got my account this morning and was so excited to try some of theribering services. I have never had such terrible service in my life. I need to customer support look at this now. This is very troubling me.

"I Am Sure That Nextbus.com Is A Great"
NextBus, Inc., Review Specifics:
I am sure that nextbus.com is a great company but this user was having trouble with the website and had to contact customer service. They did not have the information he needed so he was told it was an issue with their servers and they would get back to him. Two weeks later still no answer at phone number or email address. He called again last month and ask for updated information about his account we now know its as a result of prior experience with another companys site which never happened due to wrong mechanism iTunes warranty. We recommend women avoid this company if possible as there are better options out there.
