This company is not only a complete scam but their customer service is atrocious. I have had to call them multiple times because my computer has been acting up and they never seem to be able to help. In fact one day I was having a hard time getting my internet connection so they told me it might be the problem with my modem and then another day they said it might be my computer Anyway after calling them three times and emailing them numerous times I finally got someone on the phone who told me that there may be something wrong with my computer because of all the spamming thats going on. Turns out there isnt anything wrong with my computer - its just that NextComputing doesnt know how to do their job and fix things when they happen So if youre looking for acomputer solution stay away from NextComputing Home - NextComputing - Purpose-Built Computer Solutions

I was this companys customer for about a year. I completed some projects for them and then stopped. I dont remember what kind of projects they completed for me but they didnt seem like they would be very helpful. The staff was polite but the customer service wasnt something I would recommend.

So if youre looking for a place to read reviews of nextcomputing.com this is the one.This site is terrible Not only are the reviews very low quality but also the people who have given them attention seem to be very recent arrivals at this site coming from whatever convincing section of the online population it is that cares about high-quality consumerPR addressing problems. In other words its as if somebody decided that good ol company nextcomputing.com was nothing but a waste of time and they started writing here.
