helps FOIA requesters manage their requests more efficiently and effectively.I have been using NextRequest for about a year now and I absolutely love it It makes my FOIA process so much easier and faster than before especially since NextRequest includes all of the features I need to keep track of my requests as well as schedule them accordingly. I highly recommend this software to anyone who wants to make their FOIA process easier and more efficient.

is a piece of software that is not only poorly written but also contains many errors.I have worked with NextRequest for years and I am very disappointed in the level of incompetence and poor writing this company has. The software is supposed to help you manage your FOIA requests but it completely fails at that. There are numerous errors in the design implementation and testing of this product. It is incredibly difficult to use NextRequest as it requires a great deal of effort to get anything done. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I had a problem with my software and the customer service was amazing they helped me get it fixed and they are always willing to help new customers too. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

is a great online service that helps businesses and organizations request access to data from the public sector and other websites. However when I used the companys customer service line they were very slow in getting back to me. The best way to describe it is that they were stuck on their computer.I contacted Next Request after some of my friends started having this problem where they would get stuck on their computers for hours on end. They are willing to status them as positive if someone cant help because typically what works for one person may not work for another. Overall Next Request is a great company that does something new and different with FOIA requests management software - however I wasnt happy with the customer service I received from them.
