.com is a scamI have tried to use Nextrio.com twice now and both times I was scammed. The first time they told me that my computer had been hacked and they needed to see the security footage from the attack in order to fix it. Then they said that I needed to pay them 2000 for a years worth of service which I couldnt do because I didnt even have a computer They also told me that if I ever had any problems with my computer or anything else for that matter they would be happy to help out - but after trying two different times and not being able to get hold of anyone at Nextrio.com Im pretty sure that this company isnt even in business anymore. Stay away from Nextrio.com - youll be much better off just using your normal internet services instead

I have had to contact customer service many times because they do not seem to be doing anything about the fact that my computer is having problems and they keep telling me that my account is still active. Do not bother with this company

The site has been around for years and has become a go-to resource for Tucson customers interested in online customer service. However the companys user review on nextrio.com does not seem to be based on real-world use of the site or reviews of particular retailers. It is for a business called Tucson Computer Network Support which manages IT services for businesses in Tucson Arizona.
