I have never had such terrible customer service. I was working on my computer and something came up and then when I got back to my office it was gone. They said it couldnt be found and that they wouldnt do anything about it because it wasnt their fault. Its really frustrating because this is the first time Ive ever had a problem with them.

I was very disappointed with the company NextShift.com. They are in business of creating better healthcare through technology and innovation but they failed to provide me with any of that content or assistance I needed to improve my care. I ended up having to go through their customer service line multiple times because they could not seem to get my issue resolved.

Do not use this website. Its terrible. The customer service is incompetent and the technology they use is garbage. Ive had to go through 6 different secretaries just to get my account transferred from one worker to another because the software they keep using keeps crashing. Save your money and find something better.
