Nextstep Networking Inc, Review Specifics:
I contacted NextStep Networking because I was having trouble connecting to the internet. They said that my problem was on their side and not the companys part. After numerous tries I still couldnt get connected. Then they said my computer might be incompatible with their network and needed to be replaced. When I called them back they told me that they couldnt help me because my computer wasnt compatible with theirs and would have to send me a new one instead. This is the worst customer service experience Ive ever had

Weve had multiple issues with them and each one has been more frustrating than the last. Save your time and money and avoid this business at all costs.

I was this companys customer for a year and a half. I really like their products and the service they provides. However Ive since switched to another product and found that their quality drops significantly when other products are compared with theirs. For example their video hosting platform is incredibly bad. I dont know if its the companys care they take when creating every single product or its just different times and conditions but things going wrong seem to happen more often for nextstep than not.Im not sure what youre trying to accomplish by having a user review but it seems like following up customers who have reported quality issues with nextstep on day one is not doing anything to improve things. Witened people can do whatever they want better off with nextstepthanyoureapseautomaton
