I recently worked for this company and wasextremely unhappy. From the moment I started I was a liability. The team did not love me and my cheese omelet that I had for dinner. The only good thing about it was that I got home late the next day and found out that the cheese omelet was made by someone else at nexxtep.com. If youre ever going to use this company be careful and be sure to use other companies as well.

I have had the pleasure of working with nexxtep.com over the past year and a half. I have never had such poor customer service. Every time I change something they are either too busy or they are not aware of what to do to help me get my issue resolved. They tell me only thing is that its my problem so I should take care of it. Well not at all. You have to take care of your own damn problemI did some research and found this information on how to fix issues caused by technology devices taking up space as opposed to providing the service they were supposed to provide. I am very disappointed in nexxtep.com for their behavior and hope that they will be vowing never again to serve our needs or improve our lives as we usually consistantly succeed but instead proved themselves again and again.The user has lost access to their account and has filed a complaint with the Etsy Review team.
