This company is a complete scam I ordered their NG technology and was extremely excited to have it. But now Im finding out that my order never arrived and the tech support people are total liars. They said they would send me a new one but havent. In addition the software they provided doesnt even work - its completely worthless. Do not invest in this company

They always puts their customers first and can be very frustrating at times but in the right situation they offer amazing services. I was this companys customer for a year and a half. I never had a single issue with my account and they would send me updates on new features but then I would get an unexpected new feature that I couldnt use because it was not set up right. It wasiannually would be like they had to adjust something in the code or something and then I would have to redo some of my content. Overall it was an terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I just got a 10 dollar gift card from this company and it was about 40 now its less than 10. Ive tried different dark souls 3 keys and they all work but never seem to be able to enter my name and password. Ive also tried trying to sign up on the website but it always says there are too many sign-in attempts have you ever tried again with another user even if there have been too many first time users this still doesnt work. anyone know what else I can tryNG Technology is a terrible company. They always try to sell products that dont need to be fulfilled by their products being of poor quality or not working as supposed to. If you want something done better look somewhere else.
