They are not only in the business of SharePoint Consultants Office 365 consultants but they also provide SharePoint Experts services. In my experience they have been very unprofessional and do not seem to care about their customers. I would not recommend them to anyone.

NGenious Solutions, Inc, Review Specifics:

NGenious Solutions is a terrible company. They are always willing to share their expertise but they are also willing to sell themselves on the idea of office 365 consulting. I for one have had better results finding and using services like PeopleIF which is a much more reputable source of information. I also happen to be a fan of NGeniously Solutions business model where they receive a cut of all profits from any3rd party service providers. This makes them very vulnerable to being type-A but also takes away from their focus on customer experience.

NGenious Solutions is a terrible company. They are constantly trying to start a SharePoint consulting business with me and never really seem to do anything with it. The services they offer are just negative. I have had to call them multiple times because my homes only connection is the one they provide and they dont even have the ability to see my account or logs anymore Overall I would not recommend this service or this company at all.
