I used this site to find my medical information for a mental health disorder that I have. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the data entry and the overall process of finding what I wanted. The computerizing of the search results made it difficult to find what I was looking for and some of the information provided was outdated or inaccurate. Overall this experience was not worth using this site.

SecurityI have had two accounts with this company and both of them were terrible. The first time around 10 a month was as high as it would go so I knew what I was getting into. When my third account came in the price had risen to 15 a month. I took the offer to increase the charges on my second account to 20 or more but they never responded to my messages. I ended up taking the charge off my first account and then re-open it under NGS Infonet. The second accounts price went back to nothing at the end of the year. myself and several other people have had better experiences with this company than what weve had with it so far.

I have had the pleasure of working with many different companies in my 08 years of business. I have now worked with Company NGS Infonet for 8 of them. I never had a single positive experience until we were hired by the same company more than 10 years ago. Now here is something you dont usually see on reviewsNgs Infonet does not work Im sorry to say that but I can tell you that they do not stand behind their site or service. They are very slow and often provide no useful information or resources. The customer always has been and is still being disappointed with their options and the lack of detail on their site. Overall its just an awful experience - would not recommend to anyone.
