I just wanted to let you know that I have had some bad user reviews for company nguard.com and I am not one to recommend any companies. This is one where I went out of my way to try and find a review because I think it is important people have this knowledge in case something happens. So far its not been very effective. So if you do not mind here are my two quick summaries1 The company does not actually offer anything about nGuard Cyber Security Experts 1 of the time an attack on your system takes place they will say We dont know Other times they will say We may never know 2 They offer no benefits or protection for people who use their site 3 They seem to be made up of people who were once with this company but now have left because it was really bad

"I Just Bought A NGuard Cyber Security"

I just bought a nGuard Cyber Security Expert Edition and I was really excited to get it. Unfortunately after using it for a few days I realized that this product is actually not as good as I thought it would be. First it has been difficult to get your password changed. Second the security patches that are sent out are not always current and those that are are often compatibility issues. Third the user interface is actually quite small and does not look very good. Finally the customer service is me being very unhappy with the product so far is why I did not like it.

I just would like to say that I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I spoke to a different person than the one who came to help me. The one coming back told me that they were sorry but that they had to take care of this and that she needed some time to get over it. She asked for phone number and email address so I can follow up. Thank you for your time but I will not be taking my business away from you.
