The company is terrible. I have never had such terrible service from a computer training company. My first class was on Monday and my last class is on Friday. They keep saying they wont be able to do anything for me because of the holiday break but then when I call them back they say that my course has already started and theres no way they can help me out because they are too busy doing other classes. This is the worst experience ever

The people who run this business are absolutely terrible. The first time I went there they were trying to tell me that I needed a computer because they didnt have any in the back and then when I said no they kept asking me if I had a laptop or something. Then when I didnt have one they started telling me that my internet speed was too slow and that all of their computers were oversized. In the end it was just really frustrating because we didnt want to go there and waste our time.

The only way to get your money back is through arbitration or straight up suing them. Save yourself the trouble and dont sign up with this company

They have always been quick to relieve me of my money. However I have tried other companies and they are all terrible. This one is justutenbergs.com is especially deserveless because they do not take care of their customers computers the way nhphoenix.com takes care of its.This user has no own work to do so they can not provide a good user review for company nhphoenix.com.
