NIC GROUP INC., Review Specifics:
I started using company nicg.com in 2007 when my computer was having a problem and I got great service from the team there. Today I started using them again this time because of an issue with my electricity bill. I have never had any trouble with their service and they always get the most up-to-date information for me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for good customer service.

"I Have Just Returned From Six Weeks"

I have just returned from six weeks of work at NICG.com my last working day being the morning of August 25. My informing and customer service were terrible. I was yelled at and made to feel that I was doing nothing but her job which I am not. The support phone line was also straight out with messages dealing with my account such as We dont received your call. This is not good customer service- on the contrary it has given me a feeling of betrayal. There are much better companies in this market who will take care of their customers - certainly no worse than this one
