They will try to sell you products that you dont need or services that you dont need and then try to push them on you without telling you the truth. If you havent already done so be sure to do some research before signing up for any of their services.

I was a purebred Nicman customer for over 10 years. All of the family businesses have been successful with me as the business model is simple and very effective. But Ive since become more aware of the fact that very often what matters most is not whats in the box but whats inside the box - and thats why my review so far has been low quality. I bought 2 sets of tools from this company and used them at least 8 times each year for 10 years without any problems.so if youre going to use these tools make sure its for a good cause or you might as well not bother with them at all.The only good thing I can say about this company is that it provides excellent tools at a good price point but be careful about how many tools you use because they eventually will start to damage their equipment.

I was a customer of this company for about 4 years. They always put me in touch with their status and always keep my knowlege up to date. This is a long-term customer base. I never had to worry about my shipments because they always had somebody available to take care of them. However since they have started doing things different lately I have been having trouble getting my discounts and rewards back. I have already sent out nearly 200 letters and received responses from panicking customers who knew nothing about the company or their program. Its as if they are not even here anymore I do not understand what they want from me any more. The only thing I can think of is that it might be some kind of cash grab or something but I am not sure. Dont waste your time with these people - go somewhere else.
