I ended up being charged 135 for a consultation that I never received and the representative from Nimble London told me it was my fault because I did not include my drivers license number in the information they sent me. Do not bother using them

Nimble London is a terrible user review website. Every time I visit the site I feel like Im being Catch22. The service is good but there are too many late nights and weekends spent not getting my message to the bottom of the list. Its frustrating because this can be a business model that works - customer base can grow with volume of traffic - but when its just you and your message it feels like a community project.I would avoid this business at all cost.
