I dont know what to say other than this company is a complete scam. I called them to help with my homes IT problems and approximately 2 hours later I had a bill for 1500. They said they would send me the money back but never did. I also got an email from them saying my problem was still unresolved after 6 weeks of trying to resolve it - even though the bill already said it was resolved Do not go through Nish Consulting - you will be completely ripped off.

I was this companys customer service person for a while. I had all sorts of experiences with them from excellent to nonexistent. This particular experience was much worse. The representative I spoke to was very helpful and informative but the overall experience left me feeling angry frustrated and embarrassed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
