I was a customer of this company for a while now and I have to say that they are terrible. From the start they were terrible with customer service. I had a problem with my computer and they did nothing except send someone else to help me out. They also did nothing to help me out with my account. Ive also been sent emails from them about different issues that have happened on my computer and they only ever make sense when theyre very late. Overall I have never received any money back from this company - until now. Now Ive found out that they dont even do what they say They promise services like support but actually just do nothing. And their prices are quite high too.
