.I just got married at Nixle.com and everything was going good until about day 3. The married person had a wrong email address and we were unable to get it fixed. We even tried customer service but they didnt have the same knowledge as us users. So we started getting bad reviews from our friends and family who said that our online presence was gone and that we were not doing what we used to do well. We lost a lot of traffic and there seemed to be no change in our situation. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

The reviews are often caustic and unpleasant and most of them seem to be from people who have had no choice in the matter. In addition the website features a never leave us alone flag on their page which seems to be a way for them to try and encourage customers to stay away from their site.

NIXLE is a terrible company. They are always quick to sell products but never have they been good with customer service. I have had to talk to them three times now and still havent received a response. Im really question the value of this product and how Nixle can be so important when it comes to customer service but they will not listen to anyone else about the issue.
