This company is nothing but a scam. Do not believe their advertising. They will tell you that they are the best web design company in town but when you actually go to look at their website its FULL of terrible design and very cheaply made. The only thing good about this company is that theyre apparently based in Preston so maybe they can help with your web design needs But in reality chances are pretty high that youll end up disappointed with them.

I have had a terrible experience with Northern Monkey Creative Media. The entire process from proposal to final product was extremely unprofessional and rushed. There was no communication throughout the entire process which made it difficult to understand what was happening. The final product was very poor quality and looked nothing like the proposal I received. overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

The customer service was not helpful at all and I had to contact a number of different somebodys solutions until I found one that seemed to work. All of this without paying for the product I would not recommend this product or company to others.
