Ive never had such terrible customer service. I called to ask a question about a software and they told me it was no longer being produced or that I needed to buy something else. Then when I tried to cancel the order they said it could not be done because my credit card already expired. Horrible experience overall

I just got my first job at noblesoft-solutions.com and everything was new. The user interface was horrible and looked like it had been created by a different company. I Reported This To Customer Service And They said they would send a person to talk to your account about it. never happened.This customer service thing is terrible because they dont seem to understand that people are always reporting problems with their users Noblesoft Solutions. But nothing ever happens and then the customer service person comes only to tell them that they should have called in the first place.So if somebody reports a problem with their Noblesoft Solutions solution please let customer service know that youre unhappy and that you want them to send someone else to look at the problem. Its not like theyll be able to help you unless you give them what they need to which is often nothing.
