.com is a online retailer of fiber-optic products and services.I am currently a customer of Noovis.com for over 10 years now. I have always been happy with their products and the service they provide. However right now there are some issues with my recent purchase. 1 The order process - I was sent an Order Form which said that I should not be using the product yet. I followed the instructions completely and it worked perfectly. However when I clicked on the Update button it asked me to set up a new account. I do not know how this can be done if the order form is being processed as usual but it was very strange.2 The customer support - There wasnt much in the way of service here at Noovis.com. Staff were polite but couldnt keep track of what was happening on the website and didnt seem to be familiar with whats going on in your life.
