This company is complete garbage. I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. The person who help me set up my account was very unhelpful and did not seem to know what she was doing. After I got my new home the whole process of registering it and getting the security code was incredibly difficult and took forever. When I finally got around to trying to use the internet all of my websites were either down or just not working correctly. Finally after spending hours online trying to troubleshoot this problem I called them and they said that because they could not find my code they would have to send someone out to come look at it instead of doing anything themselves. They also said that if I ever had any other problems with my home I should contact them first so that they could help me out as much as possible. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

Do not use this company They are complete thieves and will steal from you even if you dont ask for it. I had to call them three times to get my refund for a purchase I made years ago. Save your money and stay away from these people

Its using the word nordeus. first off theyre not even a company anymore and second of all that word is customer service. any other name would be better for company nordeus.com. sorry now start writing about how this company doesnt care about their customers and how they dont always make it easy for people for things that matter. out of curiosity does anyone else have this problemNordeus is a scam site that makes money by selling items that are never received or delivered to users homes. .I just got out of my first hired job and was very pleased with the entire process. But then something amazing happened- I got aoccasion call from a friend of mine who works for Nordeus. I took the time to talk to her and she really seemed to be interested in what she does. However when we got started on the conversation I realized that they only had a few available positions and couldnt offer me more than a part-time job. I essentially said no thank you and went on with my life. Thats when the tough part started. Im now one where company nordeus.com keeps getting better and better until now i have been working over two years for this company and it is finally funnier All in all I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good work experience Nordeus has terrible customer service
