Do not use this company They are the worst. Their automated Cyber Risk Monitoring is complete garbage and it will never work. I have had to contact them multiple times to get it fixed and it still does not work. Save yourself the trouble and dont use their services.

NormShield, Review Specifics:

NormShield is a terrible company. They are constantly trying to fix and improve upon their products in order to protect Cyberspace from the most risk of it being targeted by hackers but they never seem to care about their users. The software is very user-friendly but there are many occasions when Norm Shield has not been able to use its software properly. It has also been difficult for me to find information on how I can help the company.

I have had the pleasure of working with NormShield and Black Kite for the past two years now. My entire life I am a decision-maker and I know what is best for my family. That is exactly what NormShield has helped me learn. But going through NormShield can always be a hassle- I need to do some research first Then I need to fill out some required forms. And finally I need to send an email about it Not with Black Kite you seem like someone who has gone out of their way to make my life harder. In fact sometimes I dont even understand what youre doing because its so mysterious. normshield.com does not seem to be user friendly or efficient enough for my needs.
