Nortec Communications is terrible Ive used them for both home and office IT services and the experience has been consistently bad. The customer service is nonexistent and they never seem to have any answer to their questions. Their prices are also incredibly high making it hard to justify the investment. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
