This company is a complete scam. They make offers to buy your outdated IT systems but they will never give you a penny in return. In fact they often try to sell you new systems that are actually more expensive and dont work as well. Do not ever use them

I am so disappointed with Northeast IT Systems Inc. Ive used them for years and never had such terrible service. Every time something goes wrong they always say its because of their equipment or the company itself but nothing is ever true. They dont even take responsibility for their errors - its all on me And now my computer isnt working...again. I really hope this isnt going to be the last time I use them.

I just wanted to let you know that I have been using Northeast IT Systems for about 4 years now and have had great experience. They are the best in the business and I highly recommend them.I recently experienced a problem with my computer that I couldnt get rid of without going through a bunch of channels. Only NortheastITSystems was able to help me out and were only trying to save me money by doing this.If youre looking for an company thats going to help you get your computer fixed than NortheastITSystems is what you need. However if youre looking for someone who is just trying to make a profit then NortheastIT System is what they will be working with.

I just had Northeast IT Systems Inc. painting my house and I am very disappointed with the experience. The painter took forever and never said anything to me about the process of hiring a paint Van or how the job was going to be done. Finally when he was done the van was ready but the painter never came out to show his work or talk to me about it. I have now left the market and will not be using this company again.
