I have had the misfortune of working with Northern Hawk Technologies. I would not recommend them to anyone. The company is run by a bunch of incompetents who cant seem to find anything wrong with what theyre doing but are instead determined to make you angry and cry. If you want good customer service go somewhere else.

This company is a complete scam. The salesman told me that I could get my computer repaired for free and then I would be able to use the money to buy a new one. He also said that if I didnt want to buy a new computer he would give me a used one for free. When I got home all of my pictures were on the internet and my computer was gone This is not what you should do if youre looking for help with your computer problem.

I just purchase a Northern Hawk Technologies product and it was a returns. I am extremely disappointed with this because I knew that this would be the case but it turns out that they never have anything like it. I had tried to use my return code and it said that the product wasnt new anymore. So now Im stuck with a used one. northernhawk.ca is absolutely terrible

I just bought a Northern Hawk Technologies account and everything feels like a bad decision. The site is terrible and Im not the only one. Weve all heard negative things about the site. Heres an example-The site is easy to get around-There are many resources available for free on the website-The support team is good and efficientSo far we have seen three user reviews which fill up time on our website. One of these reviews was published in connection with a very serious situation where they had to be picked up from the floor by paramedics because they were having trouble moving heavy equipment around. Another review was published when there was a problem with a quote box on the website. And a third one was about an hour old and described an issue with a picture that showed up on the website but wasnt true. So we think that perhaps something else caused these negative reviews or something specific on the site which is now gone.
