I have had a terrible experience with Northland Business Systems. The first time I made an order they failed to send the product I ordered and charged me for it even though I had already paid for it. Then when I tried to contact them they were very unhelpful and refused to refund my money. Overall this company is a total scam and I would not recommend them to anyone.

This company is terrible. I have used them for years and never had a single issue. This year however my computer stopped recognizing the power supply and they said it was because of an old program. They then charged me 100 to fix it Do not use this company.

The system isreditary difficult to navigate and its sometimes difficult to find what Im looking for. Overall Im not the best user of this system and Ill definitely give it some time to try other things.

I just got my new NorthlandsYS computer and Im very unhappy The first time I opened the box I saw 5 stars and that was on a holidays. Now theyve increased to 4 stars and not even a day after the purchase I realized that because of the star rating I had given the computer I definitely werent satisfied The software is required for my business so I must be getting something wrong but totally Humph The user interface is also terrible - its hard to understand or dont understand whats going on. Overall Im about finished with the company and would not recommend them to anyone.
