Im not sure what I expected from NovatechDev but this was one of the worst experiences ever. The customer service is absolutely terrible and theres zero communication between the company and their customers. They never seem to have any idea what theyre doing when it comes to software development which makes things even worse. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ive had to call them multiple times for help with something that was simple and each time theyre unable or unwilling to help. Overall dont bother using this company - youll be more than happy with someone elses solution.
