They have always been quick to reply to my emails and they have always been very helpful when it comes to setting up new systems. They are also a great company to work with in general - I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an IT managed services company.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at what they do and the customer service is nonexistent. Ive had to go through their system multiple times because they keep making mistakes and dont seem to be able to get it right. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I started using company noviant.com in 2006 when my computer was the size of a black hole. They were the first company I used who had an article of clothing on their site - an english-speaking consultant helped me learn about computing and how to make the most of my money and my time. Because of their staff they were always able to answer any questions I had and they still are today. I have worked with them in the management and even 11th century research department and everything has been a waste of time and money. I would not recommend them to anyone.
