Company does not work with staff and is very slow. Customer is thangle with rest of team.I just got out of my first job as a project intelligence specialist at company nowintelligence.com and I can say that it is by far the worst job I have ever had. company does not work with staff and is very slow. The customer is also terribly misaligned with the entire team. This allows company to take away their own credibility and trust especially since people here are given little choice but to go through company on things they care about yet are constantly left out of important decisions. for example I was an important project intelligence specialist for many months before they put me in charge of development then suddenly my time came around to help them develop a new program that they thought I could handle better than anyone else would be able to. so i worked on this program for a while but it just wasnt our lot - we were right outside the range
