I was very disappointed with nowmicro.com. They are in the business of Intelligent Device Lifecycle Management andclaimed to be the best. However their approach simply isnt up to par. First they dont have a good grasp of how devices work - they claim that your device will wake up when its time to go out of service but this is not true at all. Their support team is completely unhelpful and unyielding in their attempts to get my device back on track - even after spending hours trying to solve a problem I never even knew existed In addition their pricing is incredibly high for what you get - I would recommend avoiding nowmicro.com if you can

Do not use this company if you care about your data and privacy. They are in the business of managing your device life cycle from when it was made to when its disposed of and theyre very careless about what information they collect. I had my hard drive stolen from my computer and now I have to deal with their warranty process as well. All in all do not use Now Micro - Beyond the Edge.
