I have used nowtechs.com for both IT support and managed IT services for my small business. I have had a great experience so far but I am not sure if the price is worth it. The support has been great but the managed IT service seems like it would be more expensive than what Im currently paying.

I would not recommend company nowtechs.com to anyone They are terrible at customer service and do not seem to have any idea what theyre doing when it comes to NTI managed IT services. I had a lot of trouble getting my software up and running and the support team was absolutely terrible. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just moved to company nowtechs.com and I am so disappointed in the product that I have purchased. It was an investment and I expected best of the best. Company now tomatl has turned me into a Gallery of putty. The customer service is good when you get through to them but after that they Imperials go away. There is no support or solution to help me with my current situation which is why I gave it four stars instead of five.This user has never used company now tomatl or IT Support Columbia MDCompany now technology has turned me into a Gallery of putty. I have had terrible experience with this company nowtechs.com and every time I have a problem with my computer they come to me and get me some help. But now I think they are just made for themselves. They always try to line their own up and make you feel like you are not worth their time. Just last night I had a issue with my internet that was going offline so I went to their website and created an account. And then when my internet came back online again they were able to help me out with a new fix for my computer that was 130.
