servicesI recently worked with npifinancial.com and was very disappointed in the service. The user interface is veterans only and it is constantly closed off to me. I have had to ask repeatedly through the phone app how to get onto the menu and its really not that easy. The supposedly automated feedback system is instead completely open to use by myself or others who have been more than happy to report on what they think Im blessed with. Im sure there are better companies out there like this but npifinancial.com is just too bad because its what made me start using it in the first place.
