NP Information System, Review Specifics:
provides information about technology in the Puget Sound regionI have never had such terrible customer service. I had to call customer service multiple times and they were like it is not their problem they are just here to help you out. I really need this app to work but they say its not my problem so Ill have to go through NPI.com and hope for the best.

97469 hotwire.com 11 months ago I have had to call multiple times with no response to get help from customer service. The best solution was to order a new computer and pay for a new one even though it is still within the return policy.I just called npinfo.com and they were very responsive but the customer service person said that there was nothing they could do because my device was defective and needs to be fixed.This is really bad news because if this is true then their entire business would be affected and that means money in the bank for them security for the Puget Sound - NPI 97469
