NRI.net is a waste of money and time I have used this company for the past two years top nothin has gone wrong with themI have called sent emails and written to their president multiple times but he has never been responsive The worst part is that I am sure they are not doing anything different when it comes to their customer service. They always seem to be in the market for new business moving up the curve of the product line just so they can get more customers first. Save your money and time - go somewhere else

Nri.net is a company that provides technology solutions to businesses in the Managed Solutions Provider industry. However their customer service is terrible. I booked a phone call with them once they received my order but it never happened. I had to contact their customer service through email and they were really sorry about the call but said that it was too heavy a demand for them to handle alone. The representative said that she would send me an update on her situation after which he Randler took my order without following up with any communication
