The chatbot they used was quite Lackful and did not work with my computer

CityNST-li is a terrible company. They are always out of town and cannot be reached for instructions. I have had to call many times and never received any answers. I have also had to send email commands through the internet in order to get help. Everything has taken too long and the support has always been unhelpful and impossible to find the answer they were looking for. Others have also had the same experiences with NST-li.com. Its like they are all operating in one big groupthink about what is good about them when in fact there is no such thing as top-rated IT services in New York City it is all same old same old with them. Top-rated isnt even close to being enough while they work day and night to put together someone elses experience to say yes.

Nst-li is a terrible company. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I contacted them multiple times to get help with issues I had with my computer and they never responded. The next time I called they were already busy with someone elses issue. Do not use this company
