Im not sure what the problem is but Ill try to fix it if possible. Company NSumsp.com provides IT solutions for businesses in the business of IT Solutions. They offer a wide range of services such as network solutions software help and support. However I found several user reviews which were negative in nature. These user reviews seem to be located on different occasions ago and have now been changed. Ive done a search for tech support nsumsp and Decatur IL and found only one other review which is also from Decatur IL. So far that is all Ive found. The aim of this review is to provide some insight into the problem and how company NSumsp.com can improve their service.-The customer service they provide is poor The customer service they provide is poor in that they are fertile ground for Thieves who would like to steal your work materials.

Time I was this companys Customer Service Representative and the customer service was terrible. I have had to call multiple times with issues and it is usually very late at night when I call. Thephone number is always waiting for me to give them my phone number so that I can send an email letting them know how things go. However they never get back to me. So now Im getting letters sent through the mail asking me what time line should we move on from here where do we end up going And why did my computer crash i0000000000000000000I would not recommend using this company ever.
