Im not sure what the company is trying to achieve with this service but its not working well for me. I have to keep refreshing the page to get new articles because there is only a single one per day. The article count keeps increasing as I keep reading but the site doesnt seem to be doing anything different other than maintaining my information.I would not recommend using this service.

I just bought my first computer company and Im very unhappy The service here is terrible. Ive had to call them multiple times to get my account set up and they never did it. Then I had to use their online form to apply for a job and the process was difficult to understand and follow. The end result was a bad decision

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I did not enjoy that experience one bit. The phone numbers they would call me were always relevant but when I would call them it would take too long and they never knew what to say to me. It was a huge pain trying to answer questions like Do you have any new updates or Can you tell me how much time it will take to get my account approved They would also refuse to do things like help me with my address or minding my own business when I was on the other end of the line. All they would say is Were sorry we dont know and Itll be something like instead of actually helping userna.Ive now used this company for over two years and have never had an issue with their service. If something does arise they are always willing to listen and give you a new plan of action or even just different options
